About Our Company

Our 1st major contract work was carried out for the NZ Navy located at their base in Devonport. This work involved internal duct cleaning of 2 large Navy vessels over a period of 12 months, and has continued with the entire fleet up to the present day. The highlight was our Defence Force Award which we received for Highly Commended Defence Force Contractor in 2009.
Our focus has also been to improve indoor air quality for all our clients large or small. Some of our larger project jobs have been the new Super City Council Building formally known as the ASB Tower which is a 30 Level tower block in the Auckland CBD. The ANZ tower, SAP tower, Gen'I Tower, 47 Symond St, and the Telecom building.
We have also secured large HVAC refurbishment jobs in Wellington, Christchurh, and Dunedin, for commercial buildings, Hospital's, and Universities. Other areas we are working on and continue to grow on are the internal cleaning of Commercial Restaurant exhaust systems, for Hotels, Restaurants, and Café's.
HVAC audits and hygiene condition assessments, combined with budget estimations for capital funding, largely carried out for DHB's and Commercial Property Managers so funds can be allocated to cover HVAC refurbishing and HVAC internal duct cleaning. Our future goals are to increase our client base to cover all HVAC refurbishment and internal duct cleaning project work for Commercial Buildings, Marine Ships, Government Buildings, nationwide in New Zealand whenever and wherever there is a need.
